Due to the unique nature of our products (digital, intangible music files), we do not offer refunds after a song has been created, delivered, and downloaded. Since digital files cannot be "returned," it is impossible to ensure they are not used after download.

Compatibility and Responsibility

We do not offer refunds for software or hardware compatibility issues. Please ensure your system meets the requirements needed to use our products. We cannot provide refunds in the following cases:

Compatibility issues with your software or hardware.
Inability to use the product due to insufficient knowledge or expertise.
Issues with cracked or illegally downloaded software.

Product Previews and Accuracy

We provide sample previews of our previously created songs. It is your responsibility to order the appropriate product or package based on the information provided. We cannot exchange or refund if an incorrect choice was made during the ordering process.

Non-Refundable Cases
