No Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the unique nature of our products (digital, intangible music files), we do not offer refunds after a song has been created, delivered, and downloaded. Since digital files cannot be "returned," it is impossible to ensure they are not used after download.

Product Previews and Accuracy

We provide sample previews of our previously created songs. It is your responsibility to order the appropriate product or package based on the information provided. We cannot exchange or refund if an incorrect choice was made during the ordering process.
